This 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom, 1 car garage home is located in a quiet O’Fallon, IL neighborhood less than 1 mile from Hwy 64 and less than 4 miles from Scott Air Force Base. The master bedroom is HUGE with a walk in closet and flat screen T.V.  The living room is light and open with a flat screen T.V.  An additional family room has a pull out sofa bed, fireplace and office area. All utilities are provided to include wireless internet & cable TV. The backyard has a beautiful deck and a large shed.

Information Sheet

1. Your address is 1525 Oak Meadow , O’Fallon, IL 62269.  If there is a tornado warning declared on T.V. or radio, it will be announced by “county”, so it is important to know that you are in St. Claire County.  You can give this address to anyone as needed and receive mail in the mail box directly in front of the house. 
2. Your phone number is: 618-622-4938.  All Nationwide long distance calls are free.  You have a phone with an answering machine.  The message is already set up to tell the caller the number that they reached and direct them to leave a message.
3. You have been provided with patio accessories to include a gas grill and a patio set with umbrella.  Please keep the gas grill covered when not in use and put the umbrella in the down position to prevent damage from winds and storms.
4. Please lock all doors and close the garage when you are away from the house.
5. Garbage pick up is on Thursday mornings.  You have been provided with a city green garbage can.  You are not limited to only the amount that will fit in that can.  The city will pick up whatever you leave on trash day.

7. You are more than welcome to have visitors.
8. Pets are negotiable.
9. Yard maintenance (mowing) will be provided.  A lawn mower may be kept on the premises.  (Feel free to mow if you have the desire.)
10. A one time supply of expendable items will be provided upon move in for your convenience.  The following is a list of those items:

11. At check out, you will settle any outstanding payment, return all keys and the garage door opener.  The house should be in good order and all possessions and trash removed.
