Testimonials I’ve been a tenant of Sue and Bill Henderson for six months now. My rental is a beautiful, clean, fully furnished three bedroom, two car garage home. It has everything you could possibly need for a long term stay. From high speed internet access, unlimited phone and cable tv to a beautiful fenced in back yard with patio, gas grill and outdoor furniture. Perhaps more importantly is how Sue and Bill go out of their way to make sure you have everything to make you stay as comfortable as possible. They really do care about their tenants. I could not say enough about Henderson Properties. After this, how can I stay in a Hotel? Staying at the property was a pleasant experience for my family…Sandy and the boys felt safe and enjoyed the house and community. The blinds to the sliding door were a great addition. The prompt response to the property needs also made the stay enjoyable. Should I have a friend or colleagues in needed of temporary housing; I will not hesitate in referring them to Henderson Real Estate. It has been a pleasure being a tenant and will recommend you to anyone that I feel could use housing in the area. I couldn’t believe my luck when I fell into this housing arrangement. I went from living in a one room hotel and eating all of my meals on the economy to relaxing in my own 3 bedroom home, with garage, backyard, and the whole nine yards. The place is beautiful and is truly a “home away from home”. Bill and Sue have done an excellent job in bringing the amenities of a normal home life to TDY housing. Their properties provide all the comforts needed to make your stay at Scott AFB enjoyable. Besides all that, Bill takes care of the lawn for a worry free stay. After years of many moves and several instances of living in temporary
housing, my wife and I haven't felt more at home and enjoyed the
accommodations and amenities as much as we did in the furnished rental home
of Bill and Sue Henderson. It is truly a home away from home with everything
needed being available without disruption to everyday living and
communications. If it wasn't for the fact that we purchased a house, we
would have stayed indefinitely.
